Welcome to our condo located in building 16, unit 86, in the wonderful Kiahuna Plantation on Kauai, the only beachfront condominium resort in Poipu Beach. Built in the classic Hawaiian casual style, the Plantation sits on 35 lush tropical acres. Poipu Beach is on the sunny side of the island which enjoys warm sunny days and gentle tropical breezes. Poipu Beach is consistently rated as the best and cleanest beach in the world by USA Today and Poipu Beach State Park, a short walking distance from our condo, is considered the safest beach in Hawaii for children by the Travel Channel. The readers of Travel and Leisure Magazine have again voted (2006) Kauai the Best Island in Hawaii and the Second Best Island in the World! Forbes.com ranks Poipu Beach, Kauai as one of the 10 most breathtaking beaches in the world!

Kauai is known as the "Garden Island" of the Hawaiian Islands. From its tropical rain forests to its golden sandy beaches, it is the backdrop for the perfect tropical escape. About 30 minutes from Honolulu by air, Kauai is the oldest and northernmost of the main Hawaiian Islands. The island is 33 miles long and 25 miles wide with 90 miles of coastline. Our ground level condo is perfectly maintained and furnished in the casual Hawaiin style with island art. The condo features a tile entry, berber carpet and plantation shutters. Outside the lanai is a large open space with a manicured lawn perfect for sunning, eating or playing with your kids. The Kiahuna Plantation is the ultimate peaceful, relaxing, tropical environment Kauai and Hawaii are known for.

Kiahuna condo 86 bedroom The bedroom has a queen size bed with hand carved mahagony furniture. The bedroom has a TV. The living room sofa also has a queen size bed. There is a closet in the bedroom and one in the living room.

Amenities: This is a non-smoking condo. Phone with a data port, Cable TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo/CD player. A full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, range and oven, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Queen size bed in bedroom and sofa makes into a queen bed. There is an extra TV in the bedroom and an in-room safe. All linens are provided and maid service is available as desired. Gas BBQ is located nearby as well as laundry facilities. Complimentary parking is just a few steps from the condo. We have Free high-speed internet in the condo. Also wireless internet access is available free at our check-in lobby or you can sit on the great lawn at the beach and connect.
 
Kiahuna swimming pool with kids beach end Activities: The Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club has a swimming pool with child's beach, water slide, jacuzzi, ten tennis courts and a pro shop just a short walk from the condo. There are tennis lessons and ball machines available; scheduled round-robin doubles play and matches setup if desired. The spa is in the middle on the right side. The pool and tennis facilities are included with your rental. The wonderful Casablanca open air restraurant is located on the right side of this picture and overlooks the tennis courts. It is open for lunch and dinner and highly recommended.

Island Activities: There is just about any activity you want on the island. If you enjoy snorkling, whale watching, scuba, bike riding, horseback riding, ATV tours, helicopter tours, kayaking, zip lines, sailing, windsurfing, boat rides, movies and some incredible hiking trails and sightseeing, Kauai offers it all.

$140-$175 per night. No minimum stay required. Inquire as shorter stays may fit in.

13.4166% State Tax added to daily rate.

Guests pay for requested housekeeping and $80.00 check-out cleaning cost.

Two night rental deposit required to confirm. Balance is required 31 days prior to arrival. Deposit refunds are not made if cancelled 31 days or less before arrival date uness re-rented.

The warm clear water provides some of the best snorkeling and swimming on the island right at The Plantation. There is excellent surfing and boogie boarding and you can take surfing lessons here and our beachfront Activities Hut has boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for rent. Beach chairs and towels are included for our guests and available at the Activities Hut.
 
Kiahuna golf course
The Kiahuna Golf Club course is a 6,400 yards, par 70 course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. With ocean and mountain views, it is a wonderful golfing experience.
